The color of the water coming out of the shower head changes color based on the temperature and pressure of the water. LEDs are used to light up the water in different colors.
This’ll be really handy for knowing the water temp, especially for those times when I lose all feeling in all parts of my body. The thing is, the red water looks a little too much like Human blood for my tastes. I keep hearing REDRUM in my head…

Don’t you love the Japanese? You hang these things from your phone, like all those cellphone trinkets that are all the rage among teenage girls. When your phone rings, you get a specific whiff of some special odor.
This would be great if you could pick the odor… like my fiance’s perfume, or my brother’s body-odor…

This is a great design, though I don’t know if it’ll make it to market.
A special peripheral is attached to the telephone that has pictures of people to call. You simply touch a picture, and that person’s number is dialed automatically.
This would be great for senior citizens, or anyone who may not be able to operate the speed-dial on their phones.

This’ll be great for my next trip to the Gaza Strip. This Levis jeans jacket will stop a bullet from a .44 Magnum, so I can feel secure in asserting my 80’s sexiness. Awesome!

For you travelers who tend to have problems equalizing the pressure in your ears when flying, this gizmo will blow pressurized air into your aural cavity to make you feel better.
Note that this goes in your nose, not your ears. Probably wouldn’t work if you have a cold or are otherwise congested, which is when I get the worst discomfort.

Far be it from me to expound on the difficulty of finding tiny objects (like a giant mass of keys) at the bottom of a purse, it’s almost cliche at this point. Well, this purse has solar panels on the side, and the inside lights up when you open it. The zipper is actually the switch! Fantastic!

Philips Research has figured out a way to weave lights into fabric. They’re demonstrating this pillow with a sown-in display that can receive SMS messages and scroll them.
Imagine sleeping nice and comfy, when some jerk SMS’es you the entire text of War and Peace. I think the lights flashing through your tightly shut eyelids could cause some mental damage…

As the title says, this jacket can be pumped up by breathing into a tube. Your breath will act as an insulator and keep you nice and toasty. If you get too warm, you can vent air out of the jacket to cool you off.
